Executive / Senior Engineer, Signals, Comms & Controls Engineering

Job Purpose

The Senior/Executive Engineer, Signal, Communication & Control Engineering, is to provide engineering solutions to reliability problems affecting SMRT Signalling, Communication & Control System and their associated equipment. He will be required to independently conduct defect troubleshooting, failure analysis, reliability trending, and develop engineering solutions to the problems identified.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with Ops and Maintenance staff from the Lines as well as other engineering departments to investigate defects. To develop methods, propose modifications and improve maintenance strategies to rectify them.
• Analyze and trend condition monitoring and defect data to identify reliability concerns. To develop methods, propose modifications and improve maintenance strategies to overcome them.
