You will

• Identify
  land & development opportunities
  through land assessments, planning controls, market comparables, and feasibility screening.
• Create
  business and revenue opportunities
  beyond land sourcing via partnerships, strategies, and core development initiatives.
• Prepare
  feasibility and investment analysis
  (GDV/NDV, budgets, cash flow) to support decisions.
• Turn
  market data into insights
  by tracking costs, competitors, and policy changes.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to support investment papers.
