Executive / Senior Executive Human Resource

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Human Resource professional to support the Head of Unit in developing and implementing HR plans and programs that reinforce our goal of being an Employer of Choice. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, developing, rewarding, and caring for our employees while ensuring excellent HR service across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical departments and employees to provide value-adding HR advice, support, and services.
• Administer and execute HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, and staff wellness.
• Serve as a neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement sessions, fostering an open and supportive culture.
• Participate in organizational projects and events, including innovation and process improvement initiatives.
