Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for institutions under the Sunway Education Group, including job requisitions, advertising roles, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, making offers, and preparing employment contracts.
• Handle onboarding activities such as induction programmes and staff confirmation.
• Oversee employee separations, including conducting exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and propose recommendations to improve existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to enhance work efficiency.
