Responsibilities
Ensure the Group's risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable standards, including ISO 31000, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and IFRS S1 & S2, while aligning with the Group's strategic priorities.
Performing risk assessment, review, and action planning processes to identify key risk exposures and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Regularly review and monitor risk action plans in close collaboration with risk owners across the Group.
Conduct ISO 37001 assessment cycle and prepare for annual renewal certification.
