In your new role, you will process Major/Life claims and ensure that departmental strategic initiatives are continuously met, contributing to the overall achievement of the Company’s mission and business plan. You will provide optimal service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that the moment of truth experience is realized.

• Process and assess Major (Death, CI, TPD, Waiver claim) end to end
• Able to identify and flag out potential suspected fraud/non-disclosure while assessing cases
• Able to complete the end to end task within the Turn Around Time given accurately
• To liaise with intermediaries in work process
• Draft and send correspondence letters independently
