Job Summary

The Executive/ Senior Executive – Procurement supports the Product Head in day-to-day product, sourcing, and inventory coordination activities. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and monitoring to ensure product availability, smooth sales support, and efficient inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

Product & Sourcing Support

• Assist the Product Head in sourcing heavy equipment parts and related products.
• Support quotation collection, price comparison, and basic supplier coordination.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and documentation.

Sales & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with the sales team to gather product requirements and demand information.
• Support the Product Head in ensuring products sold are within approved pricing and stock range.
• Communicate product availability and lead time information to sales teams.
