Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology (diploma holders with relevant experience also considered). Minimum 1‑3 years of related experience. Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer is an added advantage. Experience with high‑rise residential projects. Well versed in prevailing market prices of construction works and building materials. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices an added advantage.
