Executive / Senior Executive Route & Overflight

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Route & Overflight Department in Flight Operations Division.  He/She will be taking on the following responsibilities and should possess the below requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee route planning activities of all SIA flights, which include study of routes, payloads, flight time and fuel burn. 
•    Oversee the Flight Planning System and liaise with vendor for flight planning requirements.
•    Ensure that flight planning data comprising of routes, flight planning rules, airport data, obstacle data, aircraft parameters and flight restrictions are correctly maintained.
•    Oversee seasonal, ad-hoc and charters overflight applications and approvals of SIA flights.
•    Provide operational support to Fleet Management and Flight Dispatch during catastrophic disruptions to operations, for example volcanic eruptions, typhoons, airspace closures. This includes investig...
