Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned projects, managing resources andproviding leadership to ensure efficient and timely achievement of project milestones. Support manager in administrative, finance, operations and development roles. Plan,implement and support the project's daily operational functions, including special projects.

MAJOR DUTIES AND efficient operation of services in alignment with project plan and timeline.
2.Develop and monitor key performance indicators and ensure optimum utilization of
resources to fulfil indicators.
3.Continuously identify service discrepancy and work on process new services and improve work process to meet key performance timely collection and analysis of data from nursing data quality integrity, for effective and accurate data reporting.
7.Deliver regular reports supported by analysis of program’s key performance indicator.
