Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, including nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Liaise with department heads on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other sourcing channels
• Coordinate interviews, selection processes, and offer documentation
• Monitor recruitment timelines and maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Learning & Development

• Coordinate hospital orientation and onboarding programmes for new hires
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training programmes, including mandatory and competency-based training
• Work with departments to identify training needs and consolidate training plans
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance, and documentation
