Executive - Service Support

Role: Service Support - After Sales (Engineering)
Duration: Permanent 

Location: Central, Singapore 



Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sales activities related to compressors and turbines installed in chemical plants 

• Responsible for taking up enquiries from clients, processing enquiries and po and following up payments.

• Responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, procurement team and other engineering function group to ensure provision of seamless after-sales services to clients while meeting quality standard and clients’ requirement. 

• Responsible for preparation of quotes, process PO and coordinate for delivery etc. 

• Maintain accurate data records, keep data in proper manner internal server

• Prompt and satisfactory action for cost summary, proposal creation, as well as data input with using internal system
