Job Description Income Insurance is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Shared Services team, which delivers administrative support for Motor Claims within the Consumer GI Operations Department. As an executive in this team, your role will encompass Operation Excellence, Data Analysis and Reporting as well as Stakeholder Liaison and Collaboration. Operational Excellence The primary responsibility includes preparing documents/letters and sending them to policyholders, claimants, lawyers and surveyors, assigning survey requests/pre-repair inspections and attending to tender invitations within the same day. You will also be checking and approving payment based on instructions from the Claims Teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
