About the role

Mewah Group is seeking a dedicated and organised Executive, Shipping to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in our import/export and customs operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate the shipping and clearance of imported and exported goods, liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other relevant parties
2. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations and other relevant forms
3. Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates to internal stakeholders
4. Ensure all shipping activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
5. Support the continuous improvement of shipping processes and procedures
6. Assist with other administrative tasks as required
