Responsibilities

• Collaborate with beauty specialists, hair stylists, makeup artists, and skincare specialists to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
• Ensure an effective, workable rota is put in place to always ensure sufficient cover.
• Open and close the salon, and be available for emergency call-outs, such as alarm triggers or fires.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees and relevant training.
• Ensure continuous training in line with the industry standard for existing employees.
• Oversee the expenditure of the salon, marking It against profit to ensure the salon is profitable.
• Manage the inventory, stock ordering, and rotation.
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys and innovative ways to gather feedback about customer experiences.
