Executive, Solutions Design

Responsibilities

• Design and model end‑to‑end logistics, warehouse, and transport solutions.
• Analyze operational data and develop commercially viable proposals.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and customers to shape winning solutions.
• Present solution concepts and value propositions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support project implementation, ensuring smooth transition from design to execution.
• Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve processes and productivity.
• Guide junior team members and coach Sales on solution concepts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering), Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain analysis, warehouse operations, facility design, or costing/budget evaluation.
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in Logistics Solution Design within the logistics industry.
