Join a role where you’ll play a vital part in the Culinary Leadership Team, overseeing the nonfood production areas that keep a high performing kitchen operating at its best. You’ll manage the dish room, storage spaces, and utility areas while upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care. You’ll also take ownership of the inventory, organization, and distribution of essential banqueting items—including china, silver, glassware, and linen—ensuring the Culinary and Banquet teams are always fully supported. As the leader of the Stewarding Department, you’ll guide a diverse team, maintain efficient workflow throughout the kitchen, and contribute directly to outstanding food preparation and service.
