Executive Strategy

JOB PURPOSE:
Develop, maintain and consolidate manpower/performance reporting for MISC Group to provide insight and understanding of MISC Group employees to support the Group's strategies, business growth and operational needs.
Research and analyze internal and external HR data in supporting the development of HR Five (5) Year Plan to ensure HR deliverables across the HR value chains are aligned to MISC Berhad's business strategy and agenda.
Prepare, monitor and analyze the manpower and HR G&A budget.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Research & Strategy
Conduct research and benchmarking study on the latest HR trends and industry best practices as an input to the development of HR and Talent Strategies aligning to MISC Group's business strategy and agenda.
Collaborate with respective HR Business Partners to gather and analyze data/information from BU/SU in developing MISC Berhad manpower master plan to support MISC Group's current and future business and operational ...
