Executive Strategy & Planning

• Develop, maintain and consolidate manpower/performance reporting for MISC Group to provide insight and understanding of MISC Group employees to support the Group’s strategies, business growth and operational needs.
• Research and analyze internal and external HR data in supporting the development of HR Five (5) Year Plan to ensure HR deliverables across the HR value chains are aligned to MISC Berhad’s business strategy and agenda.
• Prepare, monitor and analyze the manpower and HR G&A budget.
