• Manage delivery and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Ensure accuracy of the company inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of materials
• Receives and unpack materials and supplies
• Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipt
• Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch
• Supervision, coordination and administration of warehouse activties
• Clearing of all freight invoices timely
• Reports all expired items in warehouse, QNs, stock status, stocktaking
• Coordinate with external vendor on warehouse matters

Requirements

• Diplomaor equivalent with 3 to 4 years experience in an Aerospace environment
• Preferably2 years of relevant expereince
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
