1. Respond to client requisitions and clarify requirement.

2. Manage supplier selections and proceed with beeding which includes preparing RFQs and faxing.

3. Ensure sourcing plans are developed according to schedules.

4. Identify validated bids and request for extension.

5. Analyze bids and prepare award recommendations.

6. Obtain client's approval for reimbursable requisitions.

7. Execute purchase order after obtain approvals.

8. Monitor delivery.

9. Prepare change/variation order when necessary.

10. Respond to clients' urgent request.

11. Provide info on every requisition to OM and the operation team as necessary.

12. Ensure buying activities achieve procurement objective.

13. Develop savings estimates and obtain business line endorsement.
