Manage assigned hubs and oversee the recruitment process for riders in the city.
Meet monthly acquisition targets to fulfill the supply gap and ensure operational efficiency.
Explore and develop new channels for acquisition.
Develop and execute training programs for recruited riders to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Effectively lead a team of riders and provide ongoing support to resolve queries and concerns.
Optimize and oversee delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
Manage rider inventory and ensure adequate resources are available to meet demand.
Maintain a feedback loop with riders to gather insights and continuously improve operations.
Foster engagement across the city among riders and partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.
