Job Description

                    Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across backend services and APIs.
Perform root cause analysis and escalate to L3 or development teams when needed.
Manage and maintain Docker containers and Linux based environments.
Support and debug Fast API based micro services and SQL queries.
Handle deployment rollbacks, patching and configuration updates.
Maintain and optimize Nginx configurations for routing and performance.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure system reliability.
Document incident reports, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
