Job Description

  Company : 
 Sime Darby Beyond Auto Sdn. Bhd.  Job Purpose 
 Manage and plan for the Technical Support.
 Liaise with all the retail technical team to resolve technical matters in the branches / dealers.
 Ensure dealers follow the aftersales technical guidelines and process developed by SDBA and BYD Principal.
 Resolve the critical technical issues from the dealers based on the technical report.
 Provide a high-quality technical report to the BYD Principal for addressing or enhancing unresolved technical issues.
  Job Content 
 Liaise with overseas and local suppliers pertaining on mandatory equipment for new / existing Service Dealers operation usage.
 Conduct accessory evaluation on the quality, durability and functionality based on the field feedback and liaison with supplier to improve the quality.
