Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for leading a team of Technicians in maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services for a portfolio of Industrial Buildings.
Job Responsibilities
Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.
Generate defect inspection reports.
Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
Supervise the shift schedule planning and ensuring sufficient resourcing.
Manage all escalation of cases from the technicians/senior technicians in assisting with troubleshooting or providing guidance accordingly.
