Job Description

Job Purpose

The Train Service Controller (Trains) is part of the team for the North-South & East-West Line Operations Control Centre: 
 
Train Control duties which include regulating train service in an efficient and safe manner. 
Liaison duty in ensuring information flow and Communication are executed promptly and accurately including fault reporting and processing of track access activities. 
Communication duty in ensuring delay and disruption information are disseminated to all stake holders promptly and accurately. 
Responsibilities
To deliver train service as scheduled to meet customer satisfaction. 
Launching and withdrawing of passenger service trains as per timetable. 
To ensure all faults reported by Train Captains are accurately recorded and handed to TSC (Liaison) promptly.
