Executive Transportation & Logistics Driver

Roles and Responsibilities: Transportation & Logistics

· Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services to internal staff, external personnel, and visitors.

·Perform local and out-of-town transfers as required, including trips to California.

·Transport foreign personnel within the city, ensuring adherence to schedules and professional conduct.

·Support transportation needs for corporate events, meetings, audits, and official visits.

·Maintain clear communication with requestors to confirm schedules, routes, and any changes to assigned agendas.

Safety & Compliance

· Comply with all company policies, traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and the Organization’s Code of Conduct.

·Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, in accordance with safety policies.

·Immediately report any incidents, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions related to transportation or vehicle use.
