Job Description

As Vice President, Human Resources, you will guide Rodan’s people mandate alongside the CEO and executive leadership. Your primary goals will be acquiring top talent and developing exceptional leadership capabilities. This role encompasses corporate HR functions to ensure growth alignment and cultural development, highlighting effective management across North America.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance management and internal mobility initiatives
• Optimize HR tech stack while integrating AI methodologies
