Executive, Volunteer Management – hybrid arrangement

The Volunteer Management Executive plays a key role in recruiting, coordinating, and supporting volunteers across Dementia Singapore’s programmes and centres. This role requires strong organisational skills, people engagement, and a heart for community service.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers for centre-based, community, and corporate volunteer programmes.
• Plan and support volunteer engagement activities (e.g. inductions, learning circles, appreciation events).
• Liaise with internal teams and centre staff on volunteer needs and scheduling.
• Coordinate volunteer communications, records, and reporting.
• Support CSR and corporate volunteer engagements.
• Assist in developing volunteer pathways and retention strategies.
• Handle administrative and backend coordination related to volunteer management.
