Executive - Workshop Operation

Key Responsibilities

Sales Lead & Quotation Management

• Receive and record sales leads in the nationwide tracker.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to drive quotation preparation and completion.
• Verify quotations for anomalies and check cost vs. selling price to confirm margins.
• Prepare a checklist for management approval before quotations are shared with customers.
• Track quotation status and update records accordingly.

Workshop Coordination

• Upon quotation approval, liaise with workshops nationwide to monitor job progress.
• Ensure completed work matches the approved scope.

Invoicing & Reporting

• Ensure invoices are issued promptly for completed jobs.
• Compile workshop sales data from all branches for management reporting.

Credit Control

• Track customer payments against issued invoices.
