Executive/Assistant Executive

(What the role is)

We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join the Memorial Services and Operations Division which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria. You will be stationed at either Mandai Crematorium & Columbarium or Choa Chu Kang Cemetery Complex and will play a key role in providing after-death care service.

(What you will be working on)

Your job responsibilities include:

• Attend to customers on applications for services provided at the Mandai Crematorium & Columbarium or Choa Chu Kang Cemetery
• Attend to public enquiries/requests made via telephone or email or in person
• Review and process applications submitted by the applicant
• Perform daily revenue collection checks and compile revenue reports
• Perform administrative duties e.g., data entry, filing and sorting of documents
