Executive/Manager, Digital Platforms

The duties of the Executive/Senior Executive/Manager under the Digital Platforms include, but not limited to, the following:

• Assist in managing the development and execution of Retail Stockbroking strategies, products and channel initiatives across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the company’s front-end and middle-end trading platforms in accordance with the established direction and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancement and process improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience and service quality.
• Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery, system enhancements and issue resolution.
