Executive/Manager, Digital Platforms

The duties of the Executive/Senior Executive/Manager under the Digital Platforms include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Assist in managing the development and execution of Retail Stockbroking strategies, products and channel initiatives across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and customer needs.
2. Support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the company's front-end and middle-end trading platforms in accordance with the established direction and priorities;
3. Identify opportunities for system enhancement and process improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience and service quality;
4. Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery, system enhancements and issue resolution;
5. Ensure all project documentation including business requirements, test plans and scripts, communication plan and review are properly developed and maintained;
