Executive/Senior Engineer (Network Reinforcement Projects)

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of officers in implementing distribution departmental and network reinforcement projects to ensure consumer demand and network security are met efficiently.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for all project works carried out and develop comprehensive safe work procedures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Supervise contractors’ work diligently, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with ISO Quality Procedures and Operating Instructions, safe work procedures, good engineering practices, and that cables/equipment installed comply with specifications. Ensure proper management of the project budget.
• Attend to customers’ issue and feedback promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
