Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehabilitation

**Description**



Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.

+ Coursework/Training: Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
