We are looking for a detail‑driven
Exit Support professional
to assist the finance team during a business transition period for a global, VC backed IT Services firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid FP&A experience. You will support the organisation in ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer, preparing financial insights, and maintaining continuity across core planning and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during the transition period.
• Prepare financial models, reports, and dashboards to ensure continuity of insight and business performance tracking.
• Document key financial processes, controls, and workflows to enable efficient handover to incoming team members.
• Provide temporary coverage for FP&A activities including monthly reporting, cost analysis, and consolidation tasks.
