Expansion Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and suggest suitable store locations according to the company's definitions and conditions. Negotiate the rental terms and conditions and prepare the contracts.
• Decide on locations and offers from landlords which are not suitable to the company and have the authority to reject these.
• Follow up the rent contract durations.
• Ensure the extension of the rental contract or find a new suitable store on time before the end of the contract duration.
• Arrange for all legal authorization procedures related with the opening and operation of stores.
• Arrange for good quality construction works according to the company’s construction manual.
• Suggest to the Regional Manager architects and construction companies who are suitable to work for the company.
