Expansion Manager

At Melbrew Coffee, we're looking for an Expansion Manager who can spot the perfect location, lock in deals, and fuel our growth nationwide.
Your Daily Brew:
Spot and evaluate prime locations across Pakistan for new Melbrew Coffee stores.
Secure retail spaces in malls, high streets, commercial hubs, and emerging hotspots.
Build and nurture relationships with landlords, developers, property agents, and mall teams.
Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close deals efficiently.
Manage the expansion pipeline, maintain documentation, and report progress against growth targets.
Stay ahead of real estate trends, competitor moves, and emerging consumer hubs nationwide.
Apply If You:
Love brands, growth strategy, and (of course) coffee
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Bring 3+ years of experience in retail/ franchise expansion. (F&B experience is a strong plus)
