About the Role

The incumbent is responsible for supervising the safe repair and maintenance of Cat underground equipment, managing the assembly, startup, and product support of this equipment, and developing local engineers through training, mentoring, and hands‑on demonstration.

Responsibilities Develop world‑class maintenance practices and carry out hands‑on technical analysis and repairs on underground equipment. Provide technical assistance and mentoring to local staff and other sites. Supervise the assembly of machinery and coordinate with customers, staff, and contractors to meet standards and timelines.
