Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of work experience in the field of procurement (construction industry)
• Willing to work in Project

Detailed Job Description:

1. Coordinates with local suppliers for the on-time delivery of purchased materials or services.

2. Does cash local purchases.

3. Ensures that purchased or delivered items are complete based on the purchase order during receiving.

4. Checks the quality and specifications of purchased and delivered items based on the purchase order during receiving.

5. Does local canvassing of suppliers.

6. Coordinates with the Materials Management Department for incoming delivery of items.

7. Provides support in other purchasing activities to the project purchaser/s.

8. Performs other related job/duties as maybe assigned by the management from time to time.
