Job Summary
The Expeditor / Buyer is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, including material and equipment purchasing, supplier coordination, order tracking, and delivery expediting. This role ensures timely sourcing, production, and delivery of materials in compliance with project schedules and quality standards, supporting uninterrupted operations and project execution. Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of technical and commercial requirements.
Conduct supplier follow-up on order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery to meet project milestones.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on documentation (e.g., drawings, datasheets, inspection reports, shipping documents).
