Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Ensure compliance to corporate purchasing policies, guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Expedite and ensure timely delivery and back orders, follow‐up to maintain optimum field production.
- Work with logistics on shipping arrangements and to ensure orders are closed within the target time frame.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Work closely with production to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Responsible for the control of receiving and transactions in the system, based on procedures.
- Update Purchasing parameters and safety stocks.
- Handle return material to ensure proper and timely credit to the project.
Experiência y requisitos
- Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required: Engineering, Supply Chain or Business - Work Experience: Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Logistic Skills or Abilities: Proactive, focus, Responsible.
