Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities (Senior/Experience)
Lead and manage the fabrication of high-quality dental prosthetics, including zirconia, ceramic, PFM, and crown & bridge restorations.
Perform advanced CAD/CAM design and oversee the full digital workflow, from scanning to milling and sintering.
Handle complex cases independently, ensuring precision, functionality, and aesthetics meet clinical standards.
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior technicians, ensuring proper techniques and consistent quality control.
Conduct model pouring, articulation, margin line preparation, trimming, and final adjustments of restorations.
Fabricate and adjust retainers, night guards, and other removable appliances as required.
Liaise with dentists to discuss case requirements, modifications, and improvements for optimal outcomes.
Ensure all work complies with laboratory protocols, timelines, and quality assurance standards.
