Experience Internship

The Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp are looking for a limited number of Experience Interns to join our team for the summer of 2026
Experience Interns are the face of the Pistol Shrimp, representing the team and providing service to fans, sponsors, and community partners. They collaborate with other departments and staff, directing the action to ensure an outstanding experience for every person at Schweickert. They create the environment that our fans love, where all people feel welcome, comfortable, and included.
This Internship provides marketing, sales, fan engagement, and promotions experience during all 28 regular-season home games and special community events. 
Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with fulfillment of sponsorship activations, including gameday guests, sponsors, tables, and groups.
• Assist members of the public who require physical assistance.
• Assist with special events and activities as needed, including inflatables.
