A leading technology company in the Philippines is looking for candidates to assist in manufacturing and assembling products. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in production and hold an associate degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Automation. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret technical manuals are essential. This role involves various hands-on activities such as set-up, calibration, and production operations. Travel required is less than 10%.
