About Us Bakers Delight North Buderim is seeking a qualified and motivated Baker to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and bakery products while maintaining high quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and baking bread, rolls and specialty bakery products in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes and standards Measuring, mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough products Monitoring fermentation and baking processes to ensure product consistency Operating and maintaining ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently Finishing and presenting bakery products to required standards Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and workplace health and safety practices Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ingredient ordering Supporting and assisting junior bakery staff as required Requirements Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification, or relevant industry experience Previou...
