Bakers Delight Morley is seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Baker to join our busy retail bakery. This role is ideal for a motivated baking professional who is passionate about producing high-quality bread products and enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and yeast-based bakery products in accordance with established recipes and daily production schedules.
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce doughs and batters.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, moulders, provers, and ovens.
- Knead, portion, mould, and shape dough prior to baking.
- Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
