Experienced Baker

Bakers Delight Wagga Wagga is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is suitable for someone passionate about producing fresh, high-quality baked products and working in a busy retail bakery environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely and efficiently Maintain consistent product quality, freshness and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation and general bakery cleaning Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery environment Requirements Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred Strong knowledge of bread production and baking techniques Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hardworking and ...
