Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Baker to join our team. This is a hands on position suited to someone passionate about baking and capable of working in a fast paced commercial bakery environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing and baking a wide range of breads, rolls and specialty loaves Producing pastries, pies and other baked products Mixing, kneading, shaping and moulding dough Monitoring fermentation, proofing and baking processes Operating commercial bakery equipment and ovens Glazing, finishing and decorating baked products Maintaining stock control of ingredients and supplies Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained Cleaning and maintaining bakery work ...
