Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Baker to join our team. This is a hands on position suited to someone passionate about baking and capable of working in a fast paced commercial bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and baking a wide range of breads, rolls and specialty loaves
• Producing pastries, pies and other baked products
• Mixing, kneading, shaping and moulding dough
• Monitoring fermentation, proofing and baking processes
• Operating commercial bakery equipment and ovens
